Job Title: Sr. ServiceNow Consultant

(Nuvolo is a modern cloud-based enterprise asset management (EAM) and integrated workplace management system (IWMS) platform built on the ServiceNow platform.)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 8+years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong techno-functional background, specifically in the Field Service Management (FSM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules.

In this role the successful candidate will have:

  1. Greater understanding of ServiceNow FSM module or at least similar ServiceNow product like Nuvolo for facilities.
  2. Expert hands-on coding experience in ServiceNow (ServiceNow Senior Developer/Architect)
  3. Be able to independently run the requirement sessions with the focus on consulting the facilities customers on ServiceNow FSM capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the FSM and EAM modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to enhance functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FSM and EAM.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow FSM and EAM modules.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
