A rapidly scaling AI research platform is expanding its engineering team to support strong market demand and an aggressive six month product roadmap. This is an onsite role based in San Francisco five days per week. You will join a small, extremely technical team building a product that transforms how companies gather insights and make decisions. Engineers here own features across the stack, influence product direction, and work on zero to one systems in a fast moving, talent dense environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own full stack features from concept to shipped product
Build user facing experiences and backend systems that power AI driven research workflows
Work across analysis tools, segmentation models, retrieval pipelines, and distributed systems
Collaborate closely with design, product, and AI teams on zero to one product development
Develop scalable APIs, data models, and core platform components
Create intuitive interfaces for customers to analyze conversations and surface insights
Contribute to real time interview and chat experiences using modern TypeScript based stacks
Communicate clearly in a low meeting environment and drive independent decision making
Maintain clean, high quality, well documented code that supports long term velocity
Education And Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, physics, math, or similar technical field
Three or more years of professional software engineering experience
Strong full stack fundamentals with either a front end or back end emphasis
Experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks
Ability to design scalable systems and reason about tradeoffs
Strong problem solving skills and ability to operate independently in ambiguity
Clear written communication and comfort with async collaboration
Preferred Experience
For FE leaning candidates: experience building polished consumer grade interfaces
For BE leaning candidates: experience with distributed systems and high throughput APIs
Experience contributing to zero to one product development
Background building real time features involving chat, video, or content generation
Exposure to LLM powered products or agent like systems
Experience at small, high ownership teams in fast paced environments
