Role Overview:As a Technical Product Manager, you will manage the complete product lifecycle, from strategy through to development and market readiness. Your leadership will guide critical, high-visibility projects, specifically in digital infrastructure and software development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
oLead and manage the execution of telecom projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
oOversee the setup, migration, and disaster recovery (DR) of digital infrastructure projects.
oFacilitate and lead Kubernetes setup projects, ensuring best practices are maintained throughout.
oManage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve product release processes and quality.
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to deliver successful product outcomes.
oAnalyze market and competitive conditions, positioning the product to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
oCommunicate product goals and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications:
o8+ years of experience as a Product Lead/Manager with a proven track record in handling critical and high-visibility projects.
oDeep understanding and prior experience with telecom projects.
oExpertise in managing digital infrastructure setup, migration, and disaster recovery (DR) projects.
oPractical experience in setting up Kubernetes environments.
oProficiency in managing setup and testing through CI/CD pipelines.
oStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
oExcellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
oBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
oStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
oExperience in cloud services and containerization technologies.
