Position: Salesforce Developer (CPQ)

Location: Remote EST/CST (Immediate interview if local and willing to work hybrid in DFW, TX)

Type: 6+ month Contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with CPQ expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), and skilled in Experience Cloud development. You will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using CPQ (Steelbrick).
  • Build custom functionality leveraging LWC (Lightning Web Components).
  • Develop and configure portals, communities, and customer-facing interfaces in Experience Cloud.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce CPQ processes to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong, hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick).
  • Experience developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Knowledge of Experience Cloud development and configurations.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and governor limits.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Salesforce Developer certification(s) preferred (CPQ Specialist a plus).
