JOB SUMMARY FOR BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST:

• Hiring a Remote Business Analyst for a leader in food distribution.
• Pay: $43-45/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST:

• Review and Analyze Projects: Identify potential gaps and missing requirements to fulfill business requests.
• Dashboard Management: Update and manage dashboards daily to ensure accurate tracking of project progress.
• Integration Management: Deactivate integrations in all systems as needed and notify appropriate teams based on project requirements.
• Documentation and Distribution: Document project extracts, company, and contact records; distribute completed project materials to customers, internal departments, and sales training.
• Customer Support and Implementation: Provide implementation support, develop and test customer business integration credentials, and ensure successful delivery to end users.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
• A minimum of five years related work experience.
• Prior experience in gathering detailed business requirements, interpreting customer business needs, and translating needs into operational business requirements.
• Prior experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
• Prior experience in eCommerce/eBusiness environments (such as EDI, B2B eCommerce, Supply Chain, and other electronic integrations) preferred.
• Experience in the Food Industry/Distribution is a plus.
• Integration procedure and process documentation.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST:

• Excellent decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent organization and team collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge and general understanding of IT/technical concepts.
• Strong knowledge of various file types such as EDI ANSI X12, XML, cXML, Flat Files, etc.
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse, IBM, Sterling Integrator, EDI translation tools, CoreFtp/FileZilla.
• Strong knowledge of communication methods AS2, SFTP, FTP, and VAN.
• Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
• Ability to handle high volume and heavy workload.
