About the Role

As a key member of the development team, youll design and implement enterprise-grade trading systems that operate at scale across multiple asset classes. Youll be responsible for developing both GUI and backend components using modern C# .NET technologies, contributing to performance optimization, and working closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and deliver robust solutions.

What Youll Do:

• Build advanced, multi-threaded trading platforms using C# .NET Core
• Architect scalable server-side and GUI solutions in a real-time, mission-critical environment
• Apply object-oriented programming to develop clean, efficient code
• Optimize performance using .NET memory and profiling tools
• Work within an Agile team to deliver new features, enhancements, and system upgrades
• Provide support in production environments and troubleshoot complex issues
• Participate in unit testing to ensure code reliability and high-quality delivery
• Research and recommend new technologies that can enhance system performance or architecture

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years experience developing complex, high-performance applications in C# .NET
• Strong understanding of multi-threading, memory management, and performance optimization
• Experience in enterprise-level environments with production support exposure
• Excellent command of object-oriented design principles
• Background in finance, fintech, or trading systems strongly preferred
• Open to candidates from other industries with experience building low-latency, high-throughput systems
• Strong academic record (Bachelors in Computer Science or related field); finance coursework or internships a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to complete a HackerRank coding assessment and participate in on-site interviews
