  • Years of experience required for each skill? 7 Years
  • Experience: 7+ Years in ServiceNow d projects. Telecom specific module experience OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer is Mandatory. No generic ServiceNow experience is considered.



Roles & Responsibilities:


  • As a ServiceNow Telecom Developer, you will be responsible for developing and configuring applications in line with the design recommendation from architects/Tech Leads to meet business process and application requirements.
  • You are expected to be a technology subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
  • You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
  • Hands-on Experience in OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer components
  • Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and streamline processes.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development practices.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
  • Create and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, and tables.
  • Configure workflows, notifications, and access controls.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
  • Document workflows, processes, and configurations.
  • Certification in CSA / CAD / CIS

Industry experience needed: ServiceNow experience for Telecom Industry

  • Nice-to-have skills: ServiceNow Migration
