POSITION IS LOCATED IN TORRANCE, CA


We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale, enterprise-wide IT modernization program. This individual will oversee multiple complex workstreams focused on application delivery, business transformation, and platform migration across a cross-functional ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader and hands-on problem solver with deep experience managing cross-enterprise IT initiatives in fast-paced, regulated environments.

This is a critical leadership role that will work closely with stakeholders across business units, IT, compliance, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure seamless program execution from strategy to delivery.


Daily Tasks Performed:

Lead and manage multiple high-impact IT/IS modernization projects across a coordinated enterprise program

Develop detailed program roadmaps, schedules, resourcing plans, and financial budgets

Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and technical leads to align timelines and deliverables

Monitor program status, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality delivery on time and within budget

Oversee governance across SOX, PII, security, and compliance requirements

Lead and participate in strategic planning, gap analysis, and architectural documentation (context diagrams, data flows, roadmaps)

Facilitate collaboration across technical and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement

Manage all aspects of vendor relations including SOWs, RFIs, RFPs, and contract compliance

Drive adoption of modern project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), tools, and delivery practices

Lead technical workstreams across Microsoft, Salesforce, SaaS, and enterprise platforms

Create and deliver executive-level reports, stakeholder updates, and budget forecasts

Motivate, mentor, and guide project teams while upholding high-performance culture


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration

12+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in program or project management

5+ years of leadership experience, including resource and vendor management

Proven ability to lead large, enterprise-level modernization programs

Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and system integration methods (API, MFT, etc.)

Deep knowledge of project and program financials, scheduling, and risk management

Strong knowledge of SOX, PII, and IT governance standards

Hands-on experience working with Microsoft, Salesforce, and enterprise systems

PMP or PgMP certification required

Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Experience supporting delivery in regulated or automotive industries


Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in a related field

Experience with change management principles and practices

Experience managing large budgets and portfolios in financial systems

Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks in large enterprise environments

3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG)

A stable work history with large-scale enterprise organizations
