Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our AI/ML team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, fine-tuning, and deploying generative AI models to solve complex business problems and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large language models (LLMs), deep learning frameworks, and AI product development from experimentation through production deployment.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and optimize generative AI models using state-of-the-art techniques (LLMs, GANs, VAEs, diffusion models, etc.)
Fine-tune pre-trained language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude) for specific use cases.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
Develop pipelines for data preparation, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Monitor model performance and implement enhancements to ensure scalability, reliability, and ethical AI use.
Stay updated on the latest trends and breakthroughs in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning research.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 12 years focused on generative AI or NLP.
Hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
Strong understanding of neural networks, LLMs, and deep learning architectures.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or embedding models.
Knowledge of ethical AI principles and model interpretability.
Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in relevant domains.
