As a Project Manager II, you will support the Strategy Advisors and independently manage small projects or defined phases of larger initiatives. You ll coordinate project activities, drive milestones, and ensure successful outcomes through effective planning, execution, and evaluation. This includes facilitating high-level meetings with international and C-suite participants, managing logistics and travel, preparing agendas, and providing support during key discussions.
You will conduct background research on companies, industry trends, and competitors to support mini SWOT analyses, maintain key stakeholder information, and coordinate communication across marketing, senior advisors, and documentation platforms. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management software (including Gantt chart development) are required. Experience with compliance monitoring (contracts, NDAs, legal reviews) is beneficial, and a Project Management Certification (PMP) is preferred.
A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor s Degree in Business or a related field and three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects
OR High School Diploma/GED and seven years of experience
OR Associate s Degree and five years of experience
OR Master s Degree and two years of experience
Effective relationship building skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Project Management Certification (PMP)
Adept at managing timelines, budgets and cross-functional teams
Proficient in project management tools
Stakeholder management expertise
Compliance monitoring (Legal, NDA, Contracting)
