Senior Salesforce Tech Lead – Juno Beach, FL (100% Onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on leading custom development within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR). The Tech Lead will guide two on-site developers and work with additional offshore resources.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
6+ years of experience in Salesforce development
Strong knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, LWC, and LWR
Experience with application architecture and design patterns
Excellent communication skills and leadership experience
Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems
Experience with Salesforce NEER platform
Prior experience leading hybrid (onshore/offshore) teams

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage custom Salesforce development using APEX, LWC, and LWR
Collaborate on architecture and design decisions to ensure scalable solutions
Enforce development best practices and code standards
Translate business needs into technical specifications
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers
Act as liaison between technical and business teams
Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance and NEER platform protocols
Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
