Job Title: Sr FSE - Java, AWS, Kotlin

Hybrid Day 1: Richmond or McLean, VA (Onsite 3 days weekly)*

rate: $58/hr. On C2C/1099

Visa: USC, GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD, L2 EAD

Minimum 6 years of experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with strong experience in Java, Kotlin, and AWS to join our dynamic development team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend services and cloud-native applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative Agile environment, leveraging modern development practices and cloud technologies.

Required Skills:

  • 46 years of hands-on experience in application development using Java and Kotlin.
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS);
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and version control.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive team environment.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.-
