About the Role:

Were hiring two sharp and driven C# .NET Software Engineers to contribute to the development of a multi-asset class trading platform. This is a hands-on, full stack role with responsibilities across the full development lifecycledesign, development, performance optimization, and support.

Youll build multi-threaded, high-performance systems with both server-side and GUI components, and work alongside a talented, Agile team in a production-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop full stack solutions using C# .NET Core
• Design server-side logic and user interfaces for trading applications
• Optimize application performance using profiling tools
• Write clean, scalable, multi-threaded code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and operations
• Participate in the entire SDLC: coding, testing, deployment, and support
• Introduce tools and frameworks that improve speed and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience building multi-threaded C# .NET applications Strong with .NET Core, OOP principles, and memory/performance profiling Experience working in Agile development environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Financial industry or fintech experience is a strong plus Bonus if you have experience with Java or C++ or trading systems
