Job Title: Lead Full Stack Software Engineer (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite per week, flexible schedule)

Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire


Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to support the transition from a legacy loan collateral system to a modern platform built from the ground up. The new system will be developed using AWS and integrated with APIs from Salesforce and nCino. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major technology transformation while working in a collaborative, agile environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the current legacy loan collateral system during the sunset phase
  • Build a new collateral platform from scratch using modern technologies on AWS
  • Develop and integrate APIs with Salesforce and nCino
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment
  • Contribute to architectural decisions involving single page applications (SPA) and backend-for-frontend (BFF) design patterns
  • Automate business processes and support deployment in cloud and on-prem environments


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full stack development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and either Vue.js or React
  • At least 1 year of experience with AWS or other cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
  • Solid front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, and SPA frameworks
  • Experience building and integrating APIs
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and PowerShell scripting
  • Familiarity with container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, or a related field


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Salesforce and/or nCino
  • AWS Developer or Architect certification
