The Role

Youll be our Founding Engineer #1. Youll own the entire mobile experience, front-end and back-end, building, shipping, and iterating fast to bring real-time, LLM-powered interactive learning to life. This is a founder-track role: youll make core architectural decisions, work closely with the CEO & CTO, and help shape a product from the ground up. Expect deep impact, rapid learning, and a tight-knit team of sharp, low-ego builders.


Responsibilities

  • Architect and scale our Flutter mobile app
  • Integrate GenAI and real-time Q&A features
  • Drive UX that feels magical, fast, and alive
  • Add motion and delight with Rive, gamification, and social layers



Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile development
  • Deep expertise in Flutter (and/or native iOS/Android)
  • Hands-on experience integrating real-world LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
  • Strong product sense and a sharp eye for design
  • A fast, ambitious mindset and care deeply about craft
  • Built something people love and are proud to demo it during the interview


Compensation

Base: $120,000 - $175,000

Equity: 0.5% - 2%
