Role Overview
Were looking for a friendly, tech-savvy problem solver to join Runway Proptech as our USA-based Application Support Specialist. You'll support new and existing clients in using our platform, help deploy Runway effectively, and ensure they get the most from our CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools.
Youll also play a key role in training delivery, AI support bot optimization, and troubleshootingserving as a bridge between our clients and our internal product, development, and marketing teams.
This is a dynamic role perfect for someone highly organized, curious, and great at turning complex issues into clear solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Client Support & Deployment
- Onboard new clients onto the Runway platform, configuring settings and guiding teams through deployment.
- Triage and resolve technical support tickets related to CRM, CMS, and marketing features.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to escalate issues via Jira and track to resolution.
Training & Knowledge Base
- Produce and maintain video tutorials, written guides, and documentation for clients and internal use.
- Deliver live or recorded walkthroughs and feature training.
- Continuously improve the Runway AI Support Bot (Sheila) by feeding updated documentation, prompts, and feedback.
Data & Technical Enablement
- Handle client data imports/exports and support teams in understanding key reporting metrics.
- Assist with SQL-based queries or reporting tasks (bonus).
- Build visual dashboards using tools like Looker Studio or Power BI.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing agencies, in-house marketing teams, sales, IT, and project managers on client goals.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical actions for developers.
- Join product feedback sessions and contribute to roadmap decisions based on client feedback.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in application support, onboarding, or technical customer success.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, CMS, email marketing, or property tech platforms.
- High proficiency in ChatGPT, AI tools, and content creation workflows.
- Experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other visual tools.
- Experience with Looker Studio (or similar data viz tools), and Jira.
- Highly responsive, organized, and able to handle complex problem-solving with grace.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience working with property developers, builders, or real estate firms.
- Familiarity with SQL for queries, reports, or data validation.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.

Salary & Benefits
- USD $75,000 $85,000 base salary (commensurate with experience).
