We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the coordination between our system implementation partner (Accelalpha an IBM company) and internal teams (IT, Accounting) through this critical initiative.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all project activities between the system implementation partner and internal (IT, Accounting).
  • Drive project status meetings, workshops, and serve as the central point of communication.
  • Facilitate functional and technical mapping sessions, with a strong focus on interface design and data migration.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical direction.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business users and third-party vendors.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation and upgrade of Oracle Cloud ERP.


Must-Have Requirements:

  • ERP Consolidation Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials: Proven experience leading ERP consolidation projects, specifically involving Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Strong understanding of General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Assets modules is critical.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Kronos, and SAP OneStream is a plus.
  • Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects across multiple departments (Accounting, IT, HR) and collaborate effectively with external partners.
  • Excellent skills in facilitating meetings, workshops, and functional/technical mapping sessions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Systems Integration & Data Reconciliation Expertise: Hands-on experience with data migration, interface mapping, and reconciliation between legacy systems (e.g., TMS, NetSuite, Dynamics) and Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Experience managing the integration planning and retirement of legacy platforms while ensuring data accuracy.
