Apply today and take the first step to Destination: Progress.As a senior data analyst in our IT Financial Control organization, youll be a trusted advisor to our IT organization. In this role, youll provide comprehensive financial analysis, guidance, and support to assigned platforms and projects. This includes creating detailed cost-benefit analyses (CBAs) for financial certification and post-implementation benefit realization. By using tools like Apptio, you'll regularly review platform financial performance to ensure strategic financial planning and optimization. Collaborating closely with peers in your organization, youll drive consistent standards, implement continuous improvements to our financial processes, and guide platforms and projects through IT acquisition processes, aiding in planning, decision-making, and budget validation and long-term forecasting. Additionally, you'll improve our Technology Business Management (TBM) capabilities, offering financial mentorship throughout the organization to improve decision-making and identify potential cost savings.Remote work allowedMust-have Qualifications
  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred Skills
  • Intermediate to advanced digital literacy, including Microsoft Office such as PowerPoint and Excel - with advanced skills in spreadsheet functionality, including v-lookup, pivot tables, charts, graphing, and macros
  • Experience using the Apptio financial management tool
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with effective collaboration effectively
Compensation
  • $79,200 - $127,700/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
