Project Manager (Snowflake / ServiceNow) Burbank, CA (Onsite 4 Days/Week)

Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment & media organization, is seeking a Project Manager to drive delivery across enterprise-wide technology initiatives.

This role is central to advancing the employee experience by overseeing critical implementations on Snowflake and ServiceNow. Were looking for a strong communicator and leader who thrives in high-visibility environments, can navigate complex stakeholder groups, and delivers results across cross-functional teams.

What you bring:

  • Bachelors degree in STEM + 5 years experience, OR Masters + 1 year, OR equivalent industry experience (non-degree considered with extensive tenure)
  • 5+ years of program/project management experience in large enterprise environments
  • Proven success in software implementation projects (ServiceNow strongly preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake or enterprise data platform initiatives
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage technical teams and executive stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira/Confluence
  • Ability to lead cross-functional workshops, drive accountability, and manage deliverables
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget


What youll do:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of Snowflake and ServiceNow projects
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and legal teams to ensure alignment
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and executive-level project updates
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, KPIs, and dashboards
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across initiatives
  • Influence and communicate effectively at all levels, from technical teams to VPs
