Position: Miscellaneous Steel Project Manager

Salary: 90k120k (DOE)
Are you an experienced Project Manager in the miscellaneous metals or structural steel industry? Were looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and manage high-impact projects across the Washington, D.C. metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead miscellaneous metals projects from start to finish estimating, planning, scheduling, and overseeing execution
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Manage project budgets, timelines, and ensure timely delivery
Enforce safety protocols and quality standards on-site
Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring seamless coordination and productivity
Qualifications:
3+ years of project management experience in miscellaneous metals or structural steel
Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
