Minecraft Education empowers educators and learners around the world to build creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills through play-based learning. As we continue to expand our impact, were looking for a Customer Growth Product Manager to lead strategies that deepen engagement and accelerate adoption in classrooms globally.
This role is at the intersection of product, education, and growth, blending analytical insight with empathy for educators and students. You will translate engagement patterns into actionable growth initiatives that scale globally, helping us meet the evolving needs of classrooms and learning communities everywhere.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
