Application support Engineers with .Net Microsoft Tech stack and Wealth COTS product experience
Experience in Production Support and Maintenance Projects 6 years of experience in incident problem and change management good understanding of Service Now
Understanding of Major incident process strong triaging skills and excellent communication skills
6 Years of experience in Microsoft Tech stack .Net IIS SSIS SSRS VB Azure SQL server
Experience in application monitoring log analytics understanding of SLA SLO disaster recovery
Experience in Wealth domain COTS products Thomson One SEI INVESTMENTS NetX 360 Orion NATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC NFS MARKETAXESS
Domain knowledge of Wealth and Banking
Experience in using SCM tools such as GitHub Bitbucket etc and Continuous Integration tool Azure DevOps Jenkins
