Manager Notes:

We are seeking a developer with a special skill set in IVR chat bot development, specifically with experience in Genesys.

The focus is on Genesys IVR self-service bot development using the Architect tool, specifically in Genesys Cloud.

Candidates should have a solid foundation in call center technology and methodologies, with the intent of containing calls within the IVR to minimize transfers to live agents.

Experience with APIs, Python, or Node.js scripting is essential. Experience with Google or AWS tools helpful.


Required these skills:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of application development experience implementing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX.

- Functional and hands on experience on development on Voice and Non-Voice (SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot etc.) applications solutioning using Genesys Cloud CX Architect.

- Thorough understanding of Genesys Framework, Integration with internal and external components.

- Delivery credentials for Self Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech-based interfaces and dynamic menu based on customer treatment strategies.

- Genesys Cloud CX certified professional in one or more focused solution area (Inbound, Outbound, Multi-channel, Desktop, Integration, Recording, Reporting, etc.
