Job Duties:
- The Business Analyst (Sailpoint IIQ) will analyze business needs and define use cases for integrating applications, ensuring the right access governance controls are in place
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements for application onboarding into SailPoint IIQ.

- Work closely with IAM engineers to map out the technical steps for application onboarding, from requirement documentation to production deployment.
- Support testing and validation of applications onboarded into the SailPoint IIQ environment.
- Conduct business analysis to identify and define user roles, access requirements, and entitlements across applications.
- Facilitate workshops with business owners and application teams to understand user access needs and define RBAC models.
- Create documentation on role structures, access profiles, and user provisioning workflows.
- Collaborate with IAM engineers to configure roles and profiles within SailPoint IIQ based on business requirements.
- Work with business and compliance teams to ensure all role-based access controls meet regulatory and organizational standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Assist in the implementation of access certification campaigns and periodic reviews, ensuring users access is appropriate based on business rules.
- Support audit and compliance efforts by providing documentation and reports related to user roles and access governance within SailPoint.
- Act as the liaison between business units, IT teams, and IAM engineers to ensure successful application onboarding and role-building efforts.
- Communicate business requirements, process changes, and access needs clearly and effectively to technical teams.
- Provide training and guidance to business users on how to use SailPoint IIQ for access requests and role assignments.
- Participate in project meetings, status updates, and report on the progress of application onboarding and role management initiatives.
Education: The minimum qualification required for performing the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
