  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for complex enterprise systems in Amdocs environments (e.g., CES, CRM, BSS/OSS).
  • Write reusable, scalable, and efficient test automation code using Java, Selenium, TestNG, REST Assured, or equivalent tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to understand requirements, design effective test strategies, and ensure testability.
  • Conduct functional, regression, performance, and integration testing across microservices and enterprise platforms.
  • Develop automated API testing suites (SOAP & REST) for Amdocs services and integrations.
  • Drive shift-left testing practices by integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Analyze test results, log defects, and provide actionable feedback to developers.
  • Participate in test planning, test design, and documentation of test cases/scenarios.
  • Support UAT and production validation in close coordination with DevOps and delivery teams.
  • Ensure compliance with telecom-grade SLAs and quality standards.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • 48 years of experience as an SDET, Automation Engineer, or QA Engineer in enterprise software development.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java, Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, and/or REST Assured.
  • Experience testing large-scale platforms, preferably with Amdocs systems (CES, CRM, Order Management, Catalog, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of QA best practices, testing methodologies (TDD/BDD), and SDLC.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle, and Docker.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, Oracle), Unix/Linux environments, and telecom domain standards.
  • Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot test failures, and work closely with developers for issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on Amdocs delivery projects or systems integration.
  • Knowledge of telecom business processes (billing, charging, provisioning, etc.).
  • Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, Zephyr, or ALM.
  • Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and monitoring solutions.
  • ISTQB or other QA/testing certifications.
