Are you a seasoned developer with a strong foundation in both C# and Java? We're looking for a Software Engineer to join an innovative and collaborative team working on cutting-edge API development projects in a cloud-first environment.

Location: Westlake, TX (Hybrid Onsite required)

Type: Long-term contract

Work Authorization: Open to W2 consultants only (No C2C / No 3rd Parties)

What Youll Be Doing:

Designing and developing new APIs using Java and Spring Boot
Collaborating with a well-rounded, tenacious team in an Agile environment
Working with cloud infrastructure and building scalable, resilient systems
Participating in code reviews, deployments, and CI/CD automation pipelines

Must-Have Skills:

Strong background in C# development, with recent Java & Spring Boot experience
Proven expertise in API development
Solid experience in databases and SQL
Exposure to AWS services (S3, EC2 at minimum)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, TDD)
Experience with JUnit, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Content Management Systems
Familiarity with Apache Kafka, SNS/SQS, or other messaging queues
Experience with Docker, ECS, and containerization
Understanding of microservices architecture and 12-factor app design principles
