Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a Sr. Lead Full Stack C# Developer to join their team. As a Sr. Lead Full Stack C# Developer, you will be part of the software engineering department supporting innovative trading systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent coding abilities, and a passion for mentoring others, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead the development of high-availability trading systems with low latency requirements.
  • Guide Agile planning processes and ensure that development stories meet the Definition of Ready/Done.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to fellow developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC/Change Release processes and maintain branch hygiene.
  • Engage in hands-on coding while taking strong ownership of delivery and quality.

What's Needed?

  • Expertise in C# .NET and Angular.
  • Experience with FIX protocol and familiarity with MongoDB, Oracle, and RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of tools such as SonarQube, Checkmarx, Blackduck, Splunk, and AppDynamics.
  • Ability to coordinate training with DevRel to address knowledge gaps.
  • Strong analytical and design skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
