Our client is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Agile Delivery team supporting multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Remote

Pay Range: 65-70

What's the Job?

  • Leverage agile practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Coordinate planning and activities across multiple teams to ensure focus and sustainable productivity
  • Advise Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization
  • Monitor key performance metrics to assess team health and promote continuous improvement
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote the adoption of agile practices across teams

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, or similar leadership role
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Certified Advanced ScrumMaster and/or Professional Scrum Master II, with Agile Leadership Certification
  • Experience with Azure DevOps Tool and industry-standard agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
