As an IT Product Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various application teams. The ideal candidate will have effective problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Product Analyst
Location:Columbus, OH-Hybrid(New Albany location- Two days in the office, three days WFH)
Pay: $36hr
Candidates: US Citizens or GC Holders | This role is not open to CTC

What's the Job?

  • Utilize workload automation software to manage, schedule, and optimize business processes and workflows.
  • Build and validate job flows, ensuring compliance with established standards and efficiency.
  • Assist application teams in defining automation requirements and optimizing task scheduling activities.
  • Monitor and analyze business requirements to recommend improvements to workload automation jobs.
  • Engage with support teams to resolve issues that affect normal workflow and maintain quality control.

What's Needed?

  • A minimum of 5 years of data processing experience in a technical capacity.
  • At least 2 years of experience using workload automation systems, preferably BMCs Control-M. (Must have)
  • Understanding of server and cloud applications, along with network monitoring tools and concepts.
  • Experience in scripting and familiarity with IT best practice methodologies such as ITIL or Agile.
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and effective customer service skills.
