Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated and proactive Supply Chain Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, the candidate will play a pivotal part in enhancing supply chain performance through proactive problem-solving, robust data analysis, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.
MUST HAVE:
1. Minimum 2 years experience with Power BI
2. Minimum 2 years experience with SQL
3. Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of supply chain analytics projects, from initial analysis through implementation and follow-up.
Identify, investigate, and resolve complex supply chain issues by applying strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Analyze large data sets using advanced Excel functions, SQL queries, and Power BI dashboards to extract actionable insights.
Monitor, manage, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize planning versus actualization, support cumulative planning, and enhance information flow.
Drive issues to closure with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering results.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and see projects through to completion.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization)
Basic working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
Familiarity with supply chain processes, including planning vs. actualization, cumulative planning, and information flow.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings clearly to stakeholders.
Proactiveness and learning acumen, along with a passion for data analytics, testing and process improvement
