We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our client's team and lead projects within their Customer Service Technology (CS Tech) organization. This role involves working with multiple engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development environments and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Rate: $42 - $52 / hr. w2Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams, each consisting of approximately 25 members, to plan and execute projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans from scratch, utilizing tools like Smartsheet or similar.
• Set and manage project milestones, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts.
• Work within a hybrid project management framework, combining Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with Scrum teams primarily using Jira.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project tracking.

Experience Requirements:

• 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in a software development company.
• Proven ability to quickly ramp up and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) or similar organizational structure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
