Summary: Dime Community Bank is currently hiring for a Part-Time Project Assistant - Reporting (Corporate Planning) position based at its New York City (Midtown) Corporate Office. The Project Assistant - Reporting will assist the Corporate Planning Department with various projects, as needed. This is a hybrid, part-time role for the spring semester. Dime would be looking to have the Project Assistant work full-time during the summer. Ideal candidates would be juniors or seniors currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in Business, MIS, or Computer Science.

The hourly wage minimum = $16; maximum = $20. The exact pay may vary based on skills, experience, training, licenses/certifications, language necessities, and location. This is a hybrid, part-time role. Dime would be looking to have the Project Assistant work full-time during the summer.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating actionable reports, dashboards, and presentations utilizing tools to visualize and present data for Managers up through Executive Management.
  • Assist in the preparation of data source extracts for required software platforms, such as CRMs and Loan Origination systems.
  • Assist the team in updating and creating new data marts for supporting the business lines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in Business, MIS, or Computer Science.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau/Qlik/Microsoft BI.
  • Organized and diligent.
  • Positive attitude and flexible.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
