We are looking for an eager and passionate Full Stack Engineer to join the Document Management Systems team with one of our Fortune100 partners in New York City. You will be part of an innovative technology group whos focused on creating their next generation of leaders.

In this hybrid role, you'll work across modern front-end and back-end technologies to enhance and modernize enterprise-scale document workflows and UI experiences. You will collaborate closely with senior engineering leaders, participate in design and architecture discussions, and have access to guided upskilling, including FileNet training.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Enhance, maintain, and support enterprise document management application
  • Utilize and build workflows around FileNet for secure document storage, retrieval, and automation
  • Develop and improve UI components and user workflows using Angular
  • Build and enhance API-based integrations using Java, SpringBoot, and distributed services
  • Execute code deployments and contribute to CI/CD pipeline evolution
  • Troubleshoot issues in production and implement scalable, secure fixes
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design meetings, and build-planning sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate requirements into working solutions
  • Contribute to strategy for UI redesign and future modernization


Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • 2+ years of experience building Full-Stack focused work
  • Proficiency with Angular for UI development and debugging
  • Strong knowledge of Java, SpringBoot, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle preferred)
  • Familiarity with AWS services and modern CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
  • Understanding of authentication & security protocols (OAuth, JWT)
  • Experience configuring, supporting, and developing within a Content Management System (FileNet) is an added benefit
  • Strong communication skills across several teams and within one's internal team
