Position: Austin-Based Assistant Project Manager
Position Description:
DBI Projects is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join its fast-growing Austin office who is motivated to learn and work on all facets of managing capital real estate projects. This position provides the opportunity for a candidate to develop the requisite skills and expertise to manage projects. DBI Projects values a candidate who can work hard, is highly motivated, and is not afraid to take on assignments and endeavors while implementing a results-driven attitude. A desire to be heavily involved with all aspects of planning, design, and construction is required.
Required Experience & Skill:
Assistant Project Managers are the backbone of the project team. The Assistant Project Managers responsibilities are tailored to the needs of each project and its phase. This role supports the project lead and senior leadership with client interaction, document and deliverables preparation, project team coordination, contractor and schedule management, budget management, and other project-related activities.
The ideal candidate should have 46 years of experience in architecture, construction management, or related practices working on capital projects.

Location: This opportunity is a fully in-person (5 days a week) position in our Austin office due to the highly collaborative and meeting-based nature of work.

What We Offer:
The salary range for this full-time role is $70-$85K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level depending on candidates experience and qualifications and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
