Mandatory skills:

12+ years of overall experience in Business Analysis, with a strong background in the banking or payments domain.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 20022 payment message formats especially pacs, pain, and camt series.
Strong domain knowledge of USD High Value Payment systems (e.g., CHIPS, Fedwire).
Experience working with or analyzing systems based on mainframe platforms (TSO, JCL, batch processes).
Experience in writing clear and comprehensive BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
Excellent understanding of end-to-end payment processing workflows, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and SQL.
