Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Developer with a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), specifically across the Finance and Human Resources modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle EBS applications to meet business needs, improve processes, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain custom solutions within Oracle EBS R12 (or 12.2+) Finance and HR modules.
• Work on key modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, HR, and Payroll.
• Design and implement PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and Oracle Forms/Reports.
• Build and maintain interfaces and conversions using tools such as Oracle APIs, Web ADI, and Oracle Workflow.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, assist with system integration testing, and support UAT and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle EBS related to Finance and HR functionality.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and adhere to change control processes.
• Support periodic upgrades, patches, and system migrations.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS development, including technical expertise in Finance and HR modules.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle BI tools.
• Hands-on experience with EBS R12.1.3 or 12.2.x.
• Experience integrating EBS with third-party systems and building custom APIs.
• Familiarity with Oracle Client (Application Object Library), concurrent programs, and personalization/customization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Bonus/Soft Skills:

• Experience with ADP is a plus
• Working knowledge of SOA, OIC, or REST/SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of US payroll and tax rules is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
