Job Description
Review and analyze business technology requirements and provide input on hardware and software for technology purchasing decisions. Install, configure, and maintain our companys computer systems, including desktop, mobile, network, media, applications, and other electronic technologies. Supervise technical support teams in applications deployment, systems monitoring, and issue troubleshooting across technology domains. May perform additional duties that are similar and consistent with stated position requirements.
Qualified Candidates Must Possess a Bachelors Degree (or a Foreign Degree That Is Equivalent To a U.S. Bachelors Degree) In Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Or Closely Related Field Plus 2 Years Of Experience. Must Have Experience In Each Of The Following
- Network Administration, IT Application Management, IT End User Support, Server Administration, and Application Lifecycle Management
- Active Directory, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Internet Protocol Suite (TCP-IP), and Virtual Private Network (VPN)
- Jira, Testlink, and Mantis
- Enterprise Resource Planning software
- Waterfall and Scrum project management methodologies
Travel to various locations (40% domestic and 5% international) required to meet business needs.
Salary Range: $49-$50.24 per hour
