Were seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Product Manager to join our Wealth Services Platform team. This role is located onsite in New York, New York.

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead product development and strategy for large and/or complex products.
  • Using subject matter expertise, experience and thought leadership to influence and direct the product management team, key stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with Product / Platform Leadership to share progress, flag challenges, and codify lessons learned.
  • Manage issue escalations and risks.

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

  • Minimum of 810+ years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery.
  • High degree of proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development
  • Experience in 1+ of managed accounts, wealth management, tax optimization, or portfolio construction required
  • Strength in data-driven decision making, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration (e.g., Engineering, UX, Operations) required
  • Passion for changing status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Eagerness to roll up the sleeves in execution and learning; pushes the team to do the same.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Ability to make hard and fast decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $102,000 and $221,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
