The Senior Lead Application Developer job is responsible for overseeing the analysis, programming, and configuration of information technology systems software. This job develops complex software components and advises developers on best methods of software development and code creation. While working with the leadership team, this job provides project leadership for software development activities.Key Responsibilities and Duties
Map business needs to Technology Product deliverables.
Provide solutions for simple and complex workflows related to the Technology product.
Work as and work with Quant developers while owning the technology solution for CLOs.
Manage communication to the stake holders and participate in deeper conversations with Business and Technology teams to provide clarity of the tasks.
Support the Technology Product Manager/Leader in refining the short to medium term goals and prioritizing JIRA stories.

Bachelor's Degree Required

5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
