Job Description

Reporting Directly into the PMO Department Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear manner.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager will have:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree will be considered
3-5 years of proven work experience in project management in the electrical engineering industry.
Cable harness project/design experience.
Leadership skills that can be applied to effective cross functional team collaboration.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Ability to travel internationally frequently.
