We are seeking a Financial and Business Analyst to join the Business Team. This role will focus on pricing strategy, financial analysis, and providing insights to support the franchise's growth. Youll work with cross-functional teams to manage pricing strategies, analyze foreign exchange impacts, and generate detailed financial reports, playing a key role in strategic decision-making.

• Develop and maintain pricing matrices for various products and platforms.
• Analyze and report on foreign exchange rate movements and their effects on revenue.
• Implement pricing strategy changes across console, mobile, and PC platforms, including post-sale monetization SKUs.
• Conduct analyses of price testing outcomes and provide strategic recommendations.
• Prepare detailed financial and performance reports, including ad hoc and monthly updates.
• Audit current pricing structures and propose improvements to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Document and enhance business operations processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Support business operations with ad hoc performance reporting as needed.

Experience & Education:

• Years of Experience: 34 years in business analysis, pricing, or financial operations.
• Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling and pricing strategy.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or other relevant data analysis software.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange impacts and multi-geographic revenue reporting.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Passion for gaming is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with pricing strategy and foreign exchange analysis.
• Familiarity with gaming or digital product environments.
