JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sr. Technical Analyst to join our successful Contact Center Applications team in Atlanta, GA.
Job Overview:
1-Should should have 10+ years of experience in total in application development and atleast 2 -3 years of experience in Contact Center space preferably chatbot
2-Candidate should have strong knowledge of Node.js
3-Should have atleast 2 years of hands on experience on GCP
4-Should have hands on experience atleast of 2 years in Google DFCX and integrating DFCX agent with Cloud runs
5-Better to have knowledge of UJET & Google DFCX integration
6-Configure and optimize UJET systems to meet business requirements
7-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UJET configurations, integrations, and workflows
8-Experience in CI/CD is required
9-Should be able to coordinate with multiple SI partners and other teams
10-Should be able to follow Agile Scrum cadence and have Jira knowledge Hes backed off the UJET requirements.
