Salesforce Technical Architect

- More than 11 years' experience in salesforce
- Expertise in Salesforce Lightening Framework, Apex, App exchange product development work and other customizations in SFDC Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud/Sales Cloud/Experience Cloud
- Automotive cloud experience would be a bonus.
- Experience cloud experience is a must.
- Provide hands on design leadership in large or complex development projects involving application development, migrations, integrations, enhancements to existing applications.
- Assess and develop high level design requirements and communicate the same with development teams. Assess detailed specifications against design requirements.
- Analyze cross-functional business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches via Salesforce enablement.
- Develop and author technical business solutions, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of Salesforce developers.
- Experience in JavaScript Programming, HTML and CSS.
- Good understanding of API integration methodology (Rest and SOAP API knowledge is a must, MuleSoft knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and present ideas in user-friendly language.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Perform Unit testing and support other test cycles.
- Capability and knowledge to lead and mentor the team in designing and review of code and guide and encourage the team to follow best practices.
- In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules and Triggers, etc.
- Good understanding of Salesforce deployment tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills.
