To grasp the scale of problems we face, ideally, you have some exposure to Logistics, FinTech, Transportation, Insurance, Media or other complex multifactor industries.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a bridge between the business team and technical teams, focusing on aligning data insights with business goals.
• Understands business processes and requirements.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define problems and business questions.
• Translates business needs into technical specifications for data analysis.
• Provides actionable recommendations based on data insights.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through thorough validation and testing.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a data analyst.
• Expertise in Power BI and Tableau (experience with both is ideal; proficiency in at least one is required).
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Industry experience in Financial Services is a plus.
• Personality traits: detail-oriented, proactive, problem solver, collaborative, passionate about data.

Salary

Salary range: $50,000 - $100,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
