What Youll Work On

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into data-driven visual solutions.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Python visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
• Build intuitive visualizations that simplify complex datasets and tell compelling stories to a diverse audience.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate on data preparation, wrangling, and transformation to ensure accuracy and integrity of visual outputs.
• Establish best practices for data visualization, storytelling, and user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Scientist or similar role with a focus on data visualization.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Python libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
• Strong background in statistics and data analysis, with experience in delivering actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data storytelling and the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics is a plus but not required.
• High-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Traits: detail-oriented, creative, problem solver, strong communicator, and passionate about making data accessible.

Salary

Salary range: $50,000 - $85,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
