- Oversee and execute data product development, including data warehousing, statistical modeling, and UX testing.
- Conduct original research using secondary datasets, focusing on financial health and equity.
- Communicate research findings through reports, briefs, presentations, and public engagements.
- Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and contribute to grant proposal writing.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, consultants, and interns as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams on data tools and products.
- Collaborate on the strategic development of the research agenda and cross-team initiatives.
- Bachelors or advanced degree in data science, statistics, economics, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, management, and product development.
- Expertise in using datasets (e.g., Census, SIPP, BLS) and statistical tools (e.g., R, STATA, Tableau).
- Strong project management skills and experience supervising teams.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
