We are looking for an S/4 Hana Developer to support our customer experience solutions with focus on SAP-ISU (Industry Standard Utilities).
- Design, develop, and implement SAP ISU solutions to support the utilities industry's specific requirements.
- Analyze business processes, configure the SAP modules, develop custom enhancements, integrate with other systems, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
- Perform functional reviews, technical high level, and detail level design, build and review, solutions from start to finish.
- Candidates will have strong technical knowledge of S/4 Hana Utilities as well as experience working in a service-oriented architecture with middleware interfaces.
Major Responsibilities
" Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP ISU solutions, troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and implementing enhancements as required.
" Analyze Business Requirements: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for SAP ISU solutions.
" SAP ISU Configuration: Configure the SAP ISU module according to business needs, including setting up master data, rates, tariffs, billing cycles, and customer service processes.
" Custom Development: Develop custom enhancements and functionalities using ABAP programming, including user exits, customer enhancements, and Business Add-Ins.
" Integrate SAP ISU with other systems and modules, such as SAP C4C, SAP SCM and SEW or third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
" Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
" Prepare technical documentation, including functional and technical specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to end-users and support teams.
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure effective solution delivery. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
" Stay updated with the latest SAP developments, technologies, and industry trends while delivering innovative solutions and improving processes.
" Integrated solutions utilizing SAP (CPI) cloud-based middleware that connects SAP systems with third-party products.
" Configure Billing Master Data setup, billing, invoicing, rates, and tariffs.
" Work with Billing processes such as Meter to Cash and Budget Billing.
" Develop print (billing, invoice, etc) solutions to integrate with SAP ISU.
Position Requirements
" Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
" 5 to 6 years of experience in implementation/support projects.
" Functional knowledge of ISU and experience in SAP C4C and SMC is desirable.
" Knowledge of SAP technologies, including IS-u, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Integration technologies (BPT) and other relevant integration protocols (API, JSON, SFTP).
" Expertise in ABAP programming, SAP UI technologies and SAP data migration tools.
" Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations.
" Understanding of utilities industry processes, such as metering, billing, customer service, and energy data management.
" Knowledge of integration techniques and experience integrating SAP ISU with other systems and modules.
" Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
" Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
" Understanding of integrated systems (such as SAP CPI, Oracle ERP, Agent Desktop, Billing, Work & Asset Management, and Maximo) desirable.
" Certification in relevant SAP modules or technologies is desirable.
