Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Developer with CSA+CAD certification to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with senior Architects and technical resources to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, including system integrations, customization, and configuration.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, system design, and process flows.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow technologies and industry best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks.
  • Serve as a technical lead for medium-size ServiceNow projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • CSA and CAD certifications are required.
  • 3+ years of experience in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
  • Experience with scripting languages, such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and HTML.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Good understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
