We are an innovative career accelerator program whose mission is to help early to mid career professionals get their dream job.
No, there are never any fees to participate in our virtual job fairs or even hire our candidates.
The job fair is 2 hours long but you’d only need to be available for 10 mins if you opt to participate in the LinkedIn live. You will be allotted a 10 mins slot to join the live session and will not need to prepare anything or share a presentation as the LinkedIn session follows a very casual conversation format where the host would be asking you simple questions about your company, role, open positions and take questions from the audience.
Participants are junior or mid-senior level job-seekers or professionals looking for a job or a better job in the US and in the following roles:
You will be allotted 10 minutes and are welcome to invite other co-workers to join and participate. Most choose to keep it to 1 speaker.
Once a month, typically on a Thursday at 2 pm EST.
Absolutely, we are always looking for great employers to participate. If you can’t participate in the next one, please let us know when you’d be available and we will do our best to accommodate.

Right after the job fair, we also facilitate breakout sessions where employer participants can meet with prospective candidates who attended the job fair. Those are usually 30 mins long and are hosted and led by the employer participant. Those sessions provide a great opportunity for the audience to engage and connect directly with the employer.
