    YOUR ROLE

    • Assist the Project Manager in the planning and execution of projects, helping in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets;
    • Support the coordination and management of project resources;
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, schedules, and status reports;
    • Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items;
    • Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports for stakeholders;
    • Monitor project progress and report on any issues or risks to the Project Manager;
    • Help ensure that project objectives are met and deliverables are completed on time.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred;
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project support or coordination role;
    • Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
